Sunrise over Virignia

Lost youI use to dry your tears,  Before I left you alone.  But now when I leave its just a good-bye,  Your eyes remain as dry as a bone.   
You use to rush to my embrace,  And fall into my arms open wide,  But now when I reach for you,  It seems sometimes you hide.   
I use to hear joy in your voice,  when you answered the phone to me,  Now I hear annoyance,  And a desire to hang up and flee.   
I use to have your smile,  At just the mention of my name,  But now you smile for another,  The smile for me has grown lame.   
I use to know that we,  W Lost you

TournamentHow can I compete,  In the tournament for your heart,  When all the weapons and favors I have,  Are always falling apart.   
How can I tilt,  Against the ones you see in plate,  With nothing more than my love,  a broken lance, and my trust in fate.   
I compete against White Knights,  Whose hearts you hold so dear,  I try my best to win your favor,  But for the other knights you cheer.   
Over again, against all the odds,  Its seems I always fight.  My word constantly unsheathed,  Just to stay a moment in your light.

My HeartI've always felt as if,  My heart was incomplete,  A part of something greater,  A ship without a fleet.   
I had not known how empty,  that place had always been,  Until I met the person  Whose love did fill it in.   
She made me feel as if,  I had just woken from a dream,  Her love peirced deep inside me,  And made me want to scream,   
But not in pain or anger,  Or Futitlity, or despair,  But becuase she was so perfect  An angel in answer to an unspoken prayer   
And then I lost the person  who had filled in that hole,  And the emp My Heart

Broken Promise

So, I know i put up this post about two months ago regarding posting more, and I know I only put up a few things after I said that, and I had promised more, but a lot fo things have happened, and I haven't been able to write lately. i've tried a couple of times, but I've got a writers block.

I've also noticed that my page views have been at 148 for a WHILE now, guess its to be expected though, nothing new for people watching me to look at, and no one on DA surf's for poetry...but back on topic

So I don't know when or if anything new will go up, I do however know that lately I've started to have little things come to me,which is a good sign, because this happened to me before, and my ability returned to me in little ways, at least until I met someone who made them return full fledged... she's still around, so I just hope that perhaps she will do it again....
